The Investigations Bureau of the Del Norte County District Attorney’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating David Ken Lee and Peter Meng Lee as persons of interest in an ongoing kidnapping for rape and rape in concert investigation.  David Lee is 5’5”, 150 lbs. and is 19 years of age.  He previously resided on Indra St. in Crescent City.  Until a couple of weeks ago, he was a student at Butte College and worked at a Subway in Chico.  His photo is the black and white DMV photo and is about a year old.  Peter Lee is David’s older brother.  He is 5’7”, 200 lbs. and is 21 years of age.  He previously resided on Indra St. in Crescent City with his brother.  His photo is the color photo that is believed to be fairly recent.

They are not known to be armed but anyone with information of the whereabouts of either Peter or David Lee is asked to contact the District Attorney’s Office immediately rather than initiating contact with them directly.
