In another attempt to rewrite history, the local newspaper reporter, Emily Jo Cureton, writes in her April 28th article that Martha McClure, current Supervisor of the 2nd district was booed by a couple of people.
I attended the Tea Party Forum on Tuesday, April 24th for the candidates. When McClure brought up the Gov. Brown initiative, there was a loud, resounding, collective booing. This was not a couple of people.
Since the evening was filmed and tape recorded; footage will become available to document the evening.
Let’s try to remember for the future that the local newspaper, famous for their lack of investigative reporting, is once again foisting their biased and oftentimes slanting of the truth on the public.
Over 100 people attended the meeting with standing room only. A far cry from the poor attendance in the ’08 forum put on by the Triplicate.
