U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), one of the most prolific gun control advocates in the U.S. Senate, has teamed up with Sen. Richard “Dick” Blumenthal (D-CT) to push a new anti-gun bill through Congress. When Dick isn’t making up stories about serving in Vietnam, he’s out looking to restrict your fundamental rights. It makes perfect sense why he and Sen. Feinstein would collaborate on Senate Bill 2725.  The bill, also known as the Accountability for Online Firearms Marketplaces Act, targets peaceful gun owners who use modern tools, such as a virtual marketplace, for buying, selling, and trading firearms, parts, and ammunition.”

Do you have any idea how many gun laws there are in California? Simple answer; too many. Every year the Democrats want to enact more and more gun laws.

At a time when I plan to talk to the Del Norte County School Board about bringing back gun safety classes and teaching the importance of the 2nd Amendment; old and I do mean OLD, 88 year old Senator Feinstein wants more restrictions.

For example. I didn’t know that you can’t loan your firearm to anybody. What if you don’t know anything about a gun? How are you supposed to learn? Can you buy a gun without knowing how to handle it and fire it safely? Beside the price of the gun, what else is involved?

“According to a press release put out by Sen. Feinstein, the goal of this legislation is clear.  ‘In enacting Section 230, Congress did not intend to grant a sweeping liability shield to all companies, including firearms marketplaces, merely because they operate in cyberspace,’ the statement read in part. So basically, Section 230 was meant for other companies, just not those companies that are in the firearms business. Got it!

In an article published in the Sacramento BEE BY RYAN SABALOW dated January 2, 2020

Gov. Gavin Newsom, a staunch proponent of gun control, signed more than a dozen bills one day this fall that included the following:

They increase fees, expand the state’s “red flag” and gun-storage laws, raise the legal purchase age and set caps on the number of guns Californians can buy.

Who do they think they are?

One thing I can tell you, once we get a Republican back into the Governor’s seat, I hope on his/her list of things to do is to remove, cross out, repeal, disconnect, abolish and do away with many of the laws enacted over the last two decades having to do with gun control.

Our grip on the constitution and the amendments are slipping more and more.

If we are to keep our freedoms, more people need to get involved. No longer can we sit home thinking, “business as usual,” when we have an idiot for President and an idiot for Governor. Actually, I take that back. They are not idiots. They are, in my humble opinion, traitors. I hope to see headlines one day, “Charges of Treason brought against”….. with a list a mile long.”

  1. Feinstein in a joke. My favorite quote from her is, “Take the guns first, go through due process second.” That isn’t how America works lady!
