| Putin has been emboldened by Joe Biden’s destructive policies and weak leadership. By killing the Keystone pipeline on day one and lifting sanctions on the Nord Stream Two Pipeline last May, Biden has allowed Russia to weaponize its energy on the world stage. Dangerously, Europe is now dependent on Russia for 40% of its natural gas. Rather than exporting freedom and natural gas to the world, the Biden regime is importing nearly 600,000 barrels of oil per day from Russia. Under President Trump’s leadership, the U.S. became a net energy exporter for the first time in decades and became the world’s number one producer of oil while maintaining our position as the number one producer of natural gas. President Trump unleashed our energy potential and kept America safe while responsibly developing American energy sources. In contrast, Biden’s energy moratoriums have caused gas prices to soar and the United States is projected to lose its status as a net petroleum exporter this year. Once again, Joe Biden has put the American people, and our interests around the world, last. American strength is imperative. We should regain our strength through energy dominance and ramp up American energy production on American soil, stop cowering to not in my backyard extremists and stop filling the coffers of tyrants. Through sound energy and monetary policies, we can reduce inflation, supply our allies, and help secure the safety and prosperity of the United States of America. Biden’s weakness has allowed Russian evil to go unchecked. America needs real leaders, like President Trump. |
