Why does the food need to be prepared and cooked at Crescent Elk? I thought the fairgrounds has a full commercial kitchen in both the Main Hall and the arts building? (I remember when community members would volunteer to cook turkeys at their homes after picking up frozen turkeys from the Chamber of Commerce.)
