At last week’s city council meeting, June 15th. Ethan St. Clair a Tolowa Tribal Member, described the harm cooper and other chemicals are doing tot he Smith River in concert with destroying aquatic life. His three minute video is a must watch because it not only goes into detail about the harm being done to the river, he also gives an organic alternative.
