I think the protest vote is fixed. I think the City has it rigged to fail no matter how many signatures are given to them.
This is a poor county. We don’t have the resources or economic base here to support these high utility charges. Everything is already decided going in and there’s no looking out for the citizenry. We don’t see where we have any say in these things.
