It’s my understanding that the sewer rates will increase, and not only that but they are contemplating raising the water rates as well. This letter is to inform you of my opposition to the increase in water and sewer rates.
Additionally, it is my understanding that if the city water department did not receive payments for water and sewer two months in a row, the city would have to file bankruptcy. Then maybe the city council members would listen to their constituents.
