Interim Manager Manfredi commented that: “Ken’s finance background and his knowledge and oversight of major public works development projects and his clearing up of significant audit issues in Crescent City make him an ideal leader for Firebaugh. Firebaugh is an outstanding City that is beginning to get its financial ship in order. Ken
McDonald will bring the expertise and fiscal discipline to continue the improvements that have recently been put into place”.
