One deficiency repeatedly mentioned in the report was the lack of minutes, quality of minutes, etc. Rademaker was responsible for all those years of minutes, and the report says he failed to do his job, yet they just gave him a raise? The report also highlights financial mismanagement and is quite disturbing since it occurred for years and continues today.
This report is factual, and clearly shows the harbor needs new leadership. Thank you for posting the report.
