Free Workshops on Preserving the Harvest
The DNTAL Community Food Council is hosting a free workshop series on Preserving the Harvest focusing this month on Strawberries.
On Thursday, June 15th at 5:30pm the Del Norte Master Food Preservers are leading a hands-on workshop on how to preserve strawberries. Participants will make and take home a jar of strawberry freezer jam.
Workshop location: Family Resource Center of the Redwoods at 494 Pacific Ave. in Crescent City, CA
