At the Crescent City, city council meeting Monday, February 2nd, you can welcome the new Police Chief, Ivan Minsal. He’s been with the police force in Los Angeles for 33 years. He enjoys hiking/camping, mountain biking and restoring classic cars and trucks. Let’s make sure he meets local, Ted Scott.
