During California’s COVID nightmare, there was one person more extreme than Newsom, more extreme than any legislator in America: State Senator Richard Pan. We united parents to defeat Pan’s radical schemes then. We must do the same now as he seeks to replace me in Congress.

Pan conspired with Newsom to keep California schools closed longer than any state. He blocked my amendment to reopen our schools in March 2021. He even threatened further school closures as late as May 2022. And he mocked parents as “NOT” real “advocacy groups.”
Yet it got worse. Pan introduced legislation to mandate the COVID vaccine for every CA student in kindergarten and up, whether in public or private school, with no personal belief exemption. Fortunately, we fought back and defeated the bill, which Pan withdrew in humiliation.
Yet Pan wasn’t done. He sponsored a slew of anti-parent, anti-science measures unlike anything anywhere in the country.
- SB 871: allowed minors to get vaccines without the consent of their parents.
- AB 1993: fired every California worker who didn’t present vaccine papers.
- SB 742: created “no speech zones” where citizens could not protest Pan’s mandates.
- SB 1464: De-funded police departments that didn’t aggressively enforce “public health” orders.
- AB 2098: stripped doctors of their licenses if they questioned Pan’s COVID narrative.
Because parents fought back, we killed each of these bills and saved California from Pan’s draconian schemes. But now he wants to inflict those schemes on every American family. We must spread the word about what Pan has done to our state and what he’d do to our country.
Newsom and Pan literally redrew the map to remove us as an obstacle. We can’t let them succeed. Please share the petition below so we can beat Pan in November.
