The year is 1973. Roe v Wade goes into effect. America is told that taxpayers will not be footing the bill on abortion.
Back in the 1970’s, 90% of America identified as Christians. That number has steadily declined since then.
“Since 1970, weekly church attendance among Catholics has dropped from 55% to 20%, the number of priests declined from 59,000 to 35,000 and the number of people who left Catholicism increased from under 2 million in 1975 to over 30 million today.” (Per Wikipedia)
What does the Bible say about abortion? Simply put, abortion is murder. It is the killing of a human being created in the image of God.

What about atheists who do not believe God is in the equation, but still believe in science. What does science tell us? That life begins at conception and those who consider themselves non-religious want to defend life.
Approximately 64 million abortions have taken place since 1973. The USA’s population is currently 340 million. It could have been at over 400,000,000. Instead as a nation, we’ve jumped on the “a woman’s choice” bandwagon and take in millions immigrants from other nations without much scrutiny.
50 years later, Roe v Wade is overturned by the US Supreme Court. Now, it’s up to the states to decide.
California is inviting anyone and everyone to come to our state and get an abortion. Guess who’s paying for it?
Now on the other hand, Governor Gavin Newsom doesn’t believe in the death penalty. Individuals who have made horrible choices are spared when he put a moratorium in place in 2019, ““The intentional killing of another person is wrong and as Governor, I will not oversee the execution of any individual,” said Governor Newsom.
What does he say to those families who are grieving the death of a loved one due to murder(s)?

The death penalty for fetuses is distinctly another issue in the mind of our Governor.
“Radical politicians continue their all out assault on women’s health care with dangerous and deadly consequences. The right to an abortion is enshrined in California’s constitution.” Sep 27, 2023
Who pays for abortions in California? Both Medi-Cal and private health insurance plans in California are required to cover all abortions. Medi-Cal is California’s Medicaid health care program.
Who pays for Medicaid? Combined Federal and State tax dollars. In other words, the taxpayers.
Which state spends the most on Medicaid? Answer: California.
Our own Vice President, Kamala Harris has had no children of her own. She is “momala” (instead of stepmom) to her husbands two sons. Her vision for the 2024 election is to awaken the nation with this, “I will continue to fight for our fundamental freedoms while bringing together those throughout America who agree that every woman should have the right to make decisions about her own body — not the government,” Harris said in a recent statement.
Where was this “every woman should have the right to make decisions about her own body” talk when Kamala Harris pushed the COVID-19 vaccine on Americans across the country? (credit to The Daily Conservative December 19, 2023).

Talk about hypocrisy.
