The new rule would force you to choose between complying with an unconstitutional background check or face criminal prosecution.
Attorney General Merrick Garland’s new rule that would CRIMINALIZE virtually every single private firearm sale in America is set to go into effect today!
The goal of this new rule is to force any American who chooses to privately sell a firearm for a profit of even $1 to get ATF permission before doing so.
If you don’t get ATF permission, you will face a felony charge of 5 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
This is NATIONAL GUN REGISTRATION by Biden’s executive fiat.
Biden, the ATF and their new rule must be defeated in federal court!
The American Firearms Association is prepping our legal action against Joe Biden and Merrick Garland right now!
Biden and his gang of criminals in the White House are hitting us wherever they can.
Whenever they can.
This is all by design. It’s designed to wear us down and bleed us out of time, energy and resources.
With the November election less than seven months away, we expect their assault to crank up even heavier than it is right now.
