By Donna Westfall – January 22, 2019 – While the Del Norte County Probation Department says Nolan Bruder registering for the sex offenders list is confidential, local county resident, Linda Sutter, put the Board of Supervisors on notice that he’s nowhere to be found on Megan’s Law sex offender’s list and wants them to do their J O B. Because so far nothing the probation department has pointed out in citing penal codes proves their point that it is confidential.
