Around 10 pm Monday, Jan 29, 2013, a magnitude 5.3 earthquake was recorded. Anyone can follow earthquakes around the globe by checking the US Geological Survey website. This quake was west north west of Bandon, Oregon and several miles down. Reports as far south as Sebastopol, which is just north of San Francisco, had people say they “felt” the quake.
