Currently there is an ongoing investigation involving potential fraud involving the local Pharmacies.  It is important for the public to request from their pharmacist a copy of their medical expense summary sheets for the last year.

Once you get this information, which is free of charge, you need to check with your doctor to see if you are receiving the prescribed amount.  If you are not receiving your prescribed amount please contact www.crescentcitytimes.com so that we may get your contact information.

Ongoing reports will be submitted to the California Pharmacy Board.
