This marks the 48th annual event sponsored by the Gasquet American Legion Post #548.

The course runs two and one-half miles. The start of the event is at the convergence of the North and Middle Forks of the Smith River by the Horace Gasquet Bridge, and finishes at the Mary Adams Peacock Bridge.

On race day, entries will be accepted between 10:00 am to 11:30 am at the registration center at the start line.

PRIZES:

Plaques will be awarded to the winner of each category. Best Costume and Most Decorated/Unusual Raft categories will be awarded an additional cash prize.

ENTRY FEES:

The fee is $15.00 for each person in the raft. Entry fee for the Raft Race includes a souvenir T-shirt for each paying participant.
