Howard Jarvis Taxpayer Association requested from the Crescent City Fire Protection District to verify what the distribution of votes the multi -family apartment units would receive for the flat rate of $1,000.

The letter below authored by Chief Gillespie states 13.5 votes. However, keep in mind that is not what was told at the informational meeting held on May 18, 2021 at 11:30 am, nor is that what Joe Gregario was telling the public.

At the informational meeting the Fire District stated multi-family units would receive 244 votes. What the fire district did not know is that Howard Jarvis Tax Association from Sacramento was watching that zoom meeting held on May 18, 2021.

So now this rests upon the County Clerk, Alissia Northup. If there are more than 13.5 ballots received from Walt Miller or his wife, owners of Sea Wood Apartments and the County Clerk allows them, this will cause two disruptions.

1.) Election fraud and

2.) a lawsuit.
