What was the outcome of the trial?
He was sentenced to 13 years, 4 months in prison. He arrived at San Quentin State Prison on 08/31/2017. There doesn’t appear to be any trail so almost certainly he was offered and took a plea deal. If eligible for early release, he should be around 65 when he is released and because of how the parole system works he would be forced to move back to Del Norte County rather than moving anywhere else.
