Here are the rules of the game:
1 vote counted per parcel.
Each parcel must have sewer service.
Who can vote:
The owner of the property, or the tenant that pays the sewer bill.
Do you need to be a registered voter?
NO.
Why?
Proposition 218 has to do with utilities. To have your vote counted you either need to be the owner of the property or the tenant that pays the sewer bill.
What is the last day I can vote?
May 19th at the Hearing to be held at Flynn Center 6 pm.
