| Fellow Californians, we are at a critical juncture where our state’s leadership has lost sight of what matters most: the safety, prosperity, and sovereignty of our citizens. Governor Gavin Newsom and the Sacramento Democrats are not just playing politics; they’re endangering us all by prioritizing foreign nationals over Californians. Sacramento is putting politics over public safety and national security. They’ve gone beyond the radical Biden-Harris Open Border policy, engaging in actions that decriminalize, fully subsidize, conceal, harbor, and shield illegal immigrants to help them evade detection. They’ve created a taxpayer-funded socialist parallel government that caters specifically to illegal aliens, allowing them to live, work, educate their children, be housed, and even vote without contributing to the system that supports them. They’ve gone as far as banning voter ID, undermining the integrity of our elections. Governor Newsom and Sacramento Democrats are grossly abusing California taxpayers with lawless, wasteful spending aimed at “Trump-Proofing” our state. They’ve allocated over $31 billion a year on services for illegal immigrants, including education, healthcare, housing, and nutrition assistance. This, while California faces record budget deficits and our infrastructure crumbles. Under the Biden administration, over 100 out of 382 potential terrorist “Special Interest Aliens” have been apprehended in San Diego alone. Nationally, over 400,000 violent illegal criminals, including murderers and rapists, roam free, and California is providing sanctuary for these individuals! In 2018, nearly one-third of all detainees in California jails were illegal immigrants, many undocumented. Our state pays an exorbitant price for this policy. California has the highest illegal alien population at 2.6 million, plus an additional 2.3 million awaiting asylum hearings, totaling at least 4.9 million non-citizens. This burden costs California taxpayers at least $588 billion when combining federal and state costs. We are the top state for funding illegal immigration, with California taxpayers shouldering over $179 billion annually, with 121 billion from personal income taxes alone. Our sales tax is among the highest in the nation, adding $30 billion to the mix, not to mention our gas tax at.681 per gallon, the highest in the country. It’s time to demand action: |
| * End the Alien Sanctuary and Subsidy Program. California must stop being a sanctuary for those who have broken our laws. * Reverse the “Trump-Proofing” measures. The $25 million set aside for legal warfare against federal policies is an insult to every taxpayer. * Focus on making California safe and prosperous for its citizens, not on political gamesmanship that bankrupts us. |
| Call on the State Legislature to act now! Stop wasting our resources on those who have entered our country illegally, living off forced charity, robbing Californians of the wealth that should ensure our comfort, security, and freedom. We must reclaim our state from those who would rather play political games than protect our interests. It’s time to send them home! Join the movement to stop California’s Alien Sanctuary Program.
