Brace yourself, stormy weather is coming! A strong weather front will make landfall along the NW California coast Wednesday night, and this will bring in heavy rain and strong wind gusts to the area for the second half of this week. Expect rainfall of 5 to 10 inches, with the highest amounts near the Oregon border. Gusts to 70 mph will be possible along exposed ridge top locations. Besides, we do expect high surf in excess of 20 feet.
