  1. Supervisor Gitlin has organized a number of successful community service work days out at the shelter. Not only have they spread a huge amount of wood chips on the trails they’ve spread gravel in our outdoor runs. Preparing for winter starts in Spring for us and these work crews have been a huge help. We’ve also had a Boy Scout Eagle project out here to work on the trails and we would welcome any groups that want to help!
