Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
September 2020 in ABC News Trump has repeatedly called for his political enemies to be jailed. (He was referring to Biden and Obama.)
For 20 years, American troops have been in Afghanistan. After spending over $2 trillion dollars, with 2,352 the number of US military personnel who have died and 20,000 wounded let’s remember why we were there.
The reason we went into the country in the first place was as a result of 9/11 – the Twin Towers destruction and President George W. Bush’s war against terrorism.
While Trump was President, he had plans to withdraw our troops. He had a plan. He gave his plan to Biden. Biden ignored Trumps plan and now we’re wondering why?
It can’t just be that we’re saddled with idiots at the highest levels of our government. And the blame can’t all be placed at the feet of Trump as the Democrats routinely do.
Let’s just take the issue of armaments left in the country in perfectly fine condition.

I don’t know about you, but over $800 billion dollars spent and left is just insanity and/or incompetence. Because if it’s not insanity and/or incompetence then it could be treason.
When my husband, Doug, was a Sergeant in the Army stationed in Viet Nam, he had to sign to be in charge of the Howitzer. Part of his responsibility was to see to it that an incendiary device was inserted to disable the canon if they were ever overrun. Has there been a policy change? Were military personnel instructed to just leave and not destroy or disable any of our tanks, planes, Blackhawk copters, weapons, Humvees, etc?
Then, as Lara Logan described on Tucker Carlson’s program 2 days ago, the Taliban are shipping out their newly acquired arsenal from the US and sending it to Pakistan. Since it’s no longer a secret from the American public the questions that need to be asked:
Why is the US continuing to send money to Pakistan?
Why isn’t the US bombing our equipment because surely they have satellite pictures showing exactly where they are and where they’re going.
It’s beginning to look like our Democrat controlled government wanted those to go to our enemies. Here’s a list:
7,000 machine guns,
4,700 Humvees,
20,000 grenades
208 aircraft
almost 76,000 vehicles
almost 600,000 weapons systems
rifles, night vision goggles, and
according to taskandpurpose.com dated August 18th, author Jared Keller: “A 2016 Pentagon audit revealed that poor record-keeping and regulations had allowed nearly half of the 1.5 million weapons provided to Iraqi and Afghan security forces since 2002 to go missing….”.
Why must the American public be saddled with Americans that act like Anti-American’s?
If Biden and all concerned are brought up on Treason charges and convicted, should he/they be sent to the gallows?
Or are we going to sit back and do nothing, and because of Biden be the laughing stock of the entire world?

I believe that Biden’s bribery to enrich his family is the icing on the cake. His treason is undeniable but doesn’t stop with bribery. His relationship with the CCP and Russia compromised is role as POTUS, gave stealth tech to China, and received 1 mil months later through off shore accounts, Allowing the border to be open, not only allowed Mexican Cartels to invade, but the biggest group of people from the California/Mexico border are no from S America or Mexico, they are coming from China and India. My guess is that China will attack Taiwan and Japan prior to the 2024 elections, and Ukraine will fall to Russia. Currently, Russia moved nuclear weapons to the border of Poland. America has depleted the oil reserves so Biden keeps the gas prices down while he pushes the Green New deal (Aka Inflation Reduction Act) making America virtually defenseless. A few yews ago, China has been promoting anti American propaganda, and the electric grid is at a point that a few points are hit by Chinese illegal aliens, could disable the electric grid for as much as 18 months. We will be unable to defend ourselves on our own land. We think it’s bad now, wait till this come to fruition, we will be ins-laved or slaughtered
Well said Mark S; however the candidate endorsed in 2020 by Communist Party USA, Joe Biden, is doing a superb job of serving those who put him in office. During the Biden regime the American middle class has been thoroughly gutted, the lower class neglected, farms and factories abandoned, the Justice Department weaponized against the law-abiding public, constitutional rights trampled upon, anarchy reigns on every street, our military is eviscerated, enemies empowered, and the top economic 1% has never been richer. Biden is not senile nor incompetent; he knows what he is doing and is doing it to the best of his ability. Joe Biden claims to be a success, and Xi Jinping would agree!
Joe Biden is our duly elected president; the Chinese Communist Party and the Wealthy corporate American fat-cats may have cheated during the 2020 election in order to win, but Biden is our President all the same. To say otherwise is grounds for incarceration. As in all tyrannies, elections are rigged to serve the State, and the will of the people must bend to the desires of the State. If the Ruling Party’s outsider opposition leader is not imprisoned for “Election Interference” during the 2024 election, then they will probably execute another JFK/RFK style field-expedient removal.
Like it or not, the average United States Citizen lost their Constitutional rights when they lost their ability to think critically and independently. The elders may live through an Orwellian nightmare; but the naive youth will blindly follow and obey. The atrocities that await this Nation will not likely be perpetrated by outside invaders; but by our own indoctrinated young people. Just like Khmer Rouge Cambodia, during the total erasure of culture, the kids will herd their elders into the Killing Fields and deliver a well-placed bullet in the back of the head. We are slowly and dutifully marching into what Pol Pot defined as “Year Zero,” and only a tiny sliver of a minute fraction of our population can see it. The rest are lost in the everyday struggle to survive, and following the Pied Piper of mainstream media programming for a brief escape from reality.
Reality is too negative to contemplate, lest we be forced to take on the additional responsibility of preparation to survive. Easier to embrace the bliss of ignorance and go with the flow; even if that flow is straight to Hell.

I wondered the same thing myself. I’m reasonably certain that each piece of equipment was DD-214-ed (legally transferred) to the Afghanistan government as it was offload when it arrived there. So we gave it to them, didn’t just leave it. If the MSM did their job they would have reported it that way.
