By Donna Westfall – February 1, 2018 – Normally, the first Thursday of the month is generally reserved from 11:30 am to 1 pm in the back room at Apple Peddler restaurant for the Republican Women’s group.

However, next month, March 1st, the meeting will be held in the evening at Lighthouse Inn starting at 5:30 pm.  You’ll be able to meet candidate Dave Mason for District 4, and Chris Howard, District 3 in the supervisorial race, as well as listen to them speak.

Also at that meeting refreshments are provided.  Additionally, there will be a silent auction and drawings for prizes.  The cost is $10 at the door.

Today’s meeting covered a variety of topics from the Women’s March in town that was held January 20th, to First Friday (February 2nd) celebration in Downtown Crescent City.  Women will be at Republican Headquarters wearing red dresses in honor of women’s heart health.
