Why doesn’t the city require the county or the owner to put in the required trees at the parking lot at 5th and K streets?
I have inquired at multiple city council meetings and have been down to city hall. I have even put in a grievance against the city for non-compliance, and still nothing. I was given the lame excuse that they weren’t sure what they were going to do with the land.
What?
The trees should have been a part of the permit process! It has been 2 years now and still nothing? (I would rather we kept the berry patch)…
